Registration Information
Kids 10 and under are free, but they must complete a registration form. A parent or legal guardian must complete their online registration or sign their mail-in registration form
• Run/Walk will take place rain or shine
• Entry fee is non-refundable
• All entrants receive a commemorative event t-shirt

Early T-shirt Pick-up
For participants who register before April 18, t-shirts will be available at the Arizona Biltmore Resort, Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom, 2400 East Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85016, on April 23, 2008 from 10am-2pm. Entrants who register after April 18, t-shirts will be available at Registration day of Run/Walk.

Rewards
Each participant who raises a total of $150.00 prior to April 18th will receive a custom DV Walk embroidered BALL CAP.

Each participant who raises $500.00 or more prior to April 18th will receive a custom DV Walk long sleeve cotton shirt and will be entered into a prize drawing.

Additional awards will be given in the following categories:
• Top Individual Fundraiser
• Top Fundraising Team
